Simmons Park Family Session

Owen and Brittni’s photo session at EG Simmons Regional Conservation Park near Riverview was such a blast! These two recently moved to Florida from Wisconsin this summer, so it was awesome getting to know them as they start their new adventure here. Brittni works remotely as a therapist and has licenses in both Wisconsin and Florida. It’s a wonderful thing that she can keep working with her old clients while also growing her practice in a new state. Owen just kicked off his year-long residency internship at a hospital in the Tampa area, so they’ve both got a lot going on so I'm so glad they took the time to get some updated family photos!

A fun highlight of this session as meeting their adorable puppy, Tyrion. He’s been a big part of their family for years and has even made it into most of their family photos. Tyrion was so excited to visit his first beach trip! He was all dressed up in a cute little bowtie, ready to explore. It was a perfect evening for this because the beach was literally empty! We had the whole place to ourselves and it was a dream!

This was such a chill and fun session. And Simmons Regional Park was the perfect spot for their photos. It was clear that Owen and Brittni are enjoying their new adventure in Florida, and that made the session even more special.

It’s always great when a family session feels natural and fun, and that’s exactly how this one went. Owen and Brittni’s love for each other — and for Tyrion — really came through in the photos. I’m so glad they took the time and investment to get these photos and I just know these images will be a wonderful reminder of this exciting chapter in their lives.
